Innovation serves as the lifeblood of every organisation and more often than not, it begins with a single idea or a water cooler conversation. And for innovation to survive and thrive, there has to be a willingness to work with ideas, an understanding of what is possible and a means to make them happen.

While doing this across a team in a single location is fairly straightforward, it can seem daunting when you have multiple locations, hundreds or thousands of employees and shared or competing resources. However, it needn't be.

We're a small team, passionate about ideas and their potential to bring about real change. That said, we believe corporate innovation has become overly complicated. 

But this is what we do, every day and it's not rocket science. It's mostly about being brave, having fun and getting work done.
